Q. I am looking for information, personal accounts and opinions of natural disasters anywhere throughout the state of California and how they affect living. Q. Okay. For a school project, I have to construct a road that serves Africa but avoids either high HIV rates, conflict, harsh climate/natural disasters, or famine. I choose to avoid high HIV/AIDS rates and not the others because conflict is there in some way in every nation (but with varying degrees), there are no statistics on famine in Africa, and if I completely avoid harsh climates/natural hazards, then there is no way that the road can serve all of Africa. So, what I'm asking is...does this statement make sense? I choose to avoid high HIV rates because often times the countries that have the highest rates of the disease have hurt economies, people not working, begging for money on the roads... and I don't think a driver wants to come… [cont.]

A. Those conditions listed are impossible to avoid anywhere in Africa...ALL of them occur everywhere in that pest hole so your road is impossible to build under the givens...you need to Google the HIV rates for each country over there if you don't believe me..the rates are as high as 80% in some places...
